If you're a start-up hardware company, an engineering product or design firm or an established OEM with an innovative new product, starting right is the key to launch success. And now more than ever, starting right means starting domestically. Early in the product life cycle is where all proof of concept and manufacturing should occur. At this stage it's all about reducing risk by laying bare all possible design, engineering, manufacturing and supply challenges and at the same time maximizing efficiencies. As many start-ups and emerging companies have discovered, language barriers, cultural differences and time zone constraints make this complex refinement nearly impossible. As the product life cycle matures there will be plenty of time to explore the cost benefits of overseas production. In fact, we advocate it. But at this stage, having a reliable partner that can assist with quality engineering and production foresight rule the day.

David Schroeder

CEO

David Schroeder is a second-generation owner of RelianceCM and has been with the team for 20 years. David fearlessly leads the company and ensures customers are receiving the highest level of service. David supports clients with supply chains, allowing them to keep their production statewide and making sure they are staying competitive with pricing.Outside work, David enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with his three children.

Patty baker

Relationship Manager

Patty Baker has over a decade of experience in cultivating and building long-term client relationships. Patty ensures all of RelianceCM’s customer’s needs are being met beyond expectations. Patty also enjoys being outdoors and hiking the beautiful trails around her, as well as cooking a delicious home-cooked meal.

Nathan Fivecoat

Director of Operations

Nathan Fivecoat oversees and manages production operations to ensure every product is built correctly and on time for delivery to customers in the Medical, Smart Agriculture, and commercial industries. Nathan is a big fan of the outdoors; you can often find him hiking, fishing, or cultivating plants.

Adam Conrad

Finance

Adam Conrad manages all things accounting at RelianceCM and makes sure accounts are accurate and usable for decision-making and professional relationship-building. He joined RelianceCM as a project estimator in 2020 and transitioned into being a buyer and then into his current role. Adam prides himself on being able to help customers find the right components at the right price. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing video games with his friends.

LOGAN LOVE

Project Manager

Logan Love maintains communication lines between sales and production. Logan supports customer needs, such as finding quality broker stock, identifying material and labor cost-saving opportunities, and negotiating with distributors to ensure the best pricing. Logan is kept busy by his three German Shepherds and his interest in aviation (fun fact: Logan was stationed in South Korea for the U.S. Army and worked as an ApacheArmament / Electrical / Avionics Systems Repairer).

Danielle Budlong

Quality Manager

Danielle Budlong is responsible for overseeing and maintaining Quality ManagementSystems and quality on the production floor. Danielle brought RelianceCM’s QMS into compliance with ISO13485 to obtain registration. Outside of work, you can find Danielle hunting for antiques or curating her online shop with hand-knit items.

Livith Boulinzann

Technical Director

Livith Boulinzann is responsible for finding and implementing new technology forRelianceCM. Livith manages the processing of customer information for internal teams and assists in production by resolving technical issues. Outside of RelianceCM, Livith enjoys crypto mining and trading stocks.

Jesse Masters

Business Development

Jesse Masters leads all outreach communication and coordination for potential clients.Jesse drives growth with personalized, results-driven sales strategies and a customer-first approach. Aside from connecting potential clients to RelianceCM, you can find Jesse enjoying the outdoors, gardening, playing basketball, or spending time with his family.
